You could use different phases of your life as a structure:<\/p>
- Write in the most left column the name of the phase, <\/li>
- Use the middle-right column to write down the values that were necessary then and that are still helpful today<\/li>
- Which were the values / virtues that were helpful, maybe necessary then, but not longer - in this form - today? Write them in the middle left column.<\/li>
- Maybe you remember the persons, groups, courses, books etc that helped you to enter this new phase? Put them into the right column.<\/li><\/ul>\n");
