Lis McNicholl – Lis works as a Leadership Coach in Seattle, USA. She partners with leaders and teams to cultivate the conditions for people to work at their best. She’s honored to have worked with diverse groups of people ranging from Fortune-50, local government, and non-profit organizations. She delights in the opportunity to contribute and learn with the oikos community.
Louise O’Rourke - is a Management Consultant and Executive and Leadership Coach (EMCC Accredited Practitioner). Louise has worked in leadership roles in the international non-profit sector across 5 continents over the past 18 years. Inspired by her work with young people and the oikos international youth LEAP programme, in 2021 she further qualified as a Youth Coach.
Benoit Pitsaer - is an active oikos Alumni having followed two oikos LEAP advanced training before becoming chapter coach. He’s also the main organiser of the Alumni online weekend, taking place every year in April. Leadership is a topic he’s passionate about and he’s happy to share further with the oikos community.
