Billing and subscription settings

Learn how to change your membership plan, update your payment method, or cancel your Sutra subscription from your billing settings.

How to change your membership plan, cancel your subscription, or update your card details.

Billing information

To review your billing information, log into Sutra and click on your avatar or the person icon.

Select Settings from the drop-down menu to access your Billing settings.

Change plan:

Go to https://sutra.co/settings/billing
Click on the Change plan button

You will be redirected to the pricing page, where you will be able to choose another membership plan option.

Update payment method

Go to https://sutra.co/settings/billing
Click on the Update payment method button

You will be able to update your debit/credit card details.

Cancel subscription

Go to https://sutra.co/settings/billing
Click on the Cancel subscription button

You will be able to downgrade your plan to a free basic membership and cancel your current subscription.

Note: The billing settings only relate to Sutra membership plans for the Sutra platform. If you are seeking to update your billing information for a program you're participating in, please contact the program manager.

Troubleshooting

Change plan button doesn't appear — Make sure you're viewing your own Billing settings at https://sutra.co/settings/billing while logged in to the correct account.
Can't find billing for a program you joined — Billing settings only cover your own Sutra membership plan. For billing on a program you're participating in, contact that program's manager.
Cancellation isn't going through — Use the Cancel subscription button on the Billing settings page; this downgrades you to a free basic membership and ends your current subscription.
