Most login problems come down to using a different email than the one on your account, an expired link, or an old cached link. Work through the steps below. For password basics, see Change or reset your password.
Try a magic link (no password needed)
On the login screen, enter your email and press Continue, then choose Get a magic link. Sutra emails you a link that signs you in without a password.
Didn't get the magic-link or reset email
Make sure you entered the exact email address connected to your account.
Check your spam and promotions folders.
Only the most recent link works — each new request expires the previous one. If your email app threads them (like Gmail), open the newest message.
Login loop or a blank login page
Clear your browser cache, or open Sutra in a private/incognito window.
Try a different browser or device to rule out a local issue.
If you followed an old bookmark or shared link, it may point to a cached address. Open the space's current link instead.
Asked to log in on a page that should be public
Some pages are members-only by design. If a page you expect to be open keeps asking you to sign in, the space owner may have set it to members-only — reach out to them. If you're the owner, check the space's privacy and website settings to control who can view it.
Still stuck?
Contact support@sutra.co and tell us the exact email you're using and the page or link you're trying to reach, so we can look into it quickly.
