Important: If you are currently on a paid account plan, you will need to cancel your subscription first. Only after that, you will be able to delete your account on Sutra.
On the left sidebar, click on Account settings, click on the Advanced option to expand it, and press the red Close your account button.
Troubleshooting
Can't delete your account — If you're on a paid account plan, you must cancel your subscription first. Once the subscription is cancelled, the option to delete your account becomes available.
Can't find the Close your account button — In the left sidebar, open Account settings and expand the Advanced option; the red Close your account button appears there.
What's next
If you're on a paid plan, cancel your subscription from your billing settings before deleting your account. If you'd rather keep your account, you can adjust your email notifications instead.
