The Always redirect to sub space setting allows you redirect members to a specific space without going through the top-level space. If this option is enabled, members will always land in the selected sub space when accessing the main page.
We recommend using this feature to redirect members to the most relevant space of a program or in case there are any guidelines or updates they need to read when accessing a course/community. And this can be added on any level, not only from the top level space.
First, select the space you want to redirect members from and click on Manage:
Next, in the General Settings section, add the space you want to redirect them to:

Troubleshooting
Members aren't being redirected — Confirm the "Always redirect to sub space" setting is enabled in the space's General Settings and that a destination sub space has been selected.
Redirect points to the wrong space — Open Manage > General Settings for the space and update the selected destination sub space.
You want the redirect on a different level — The setting can be added on any level, not only the top-level space. Open Manage on the specific space you want members redirected from.
