Moderators also can be assigned at the top-level or within a specific subspace.
Moderators can:
1. Adding a moderator to the top level space
Inside your top level space (program/community “container” space), click on Manage button:
The General Settings section will open.
Use the bright blue “Invite” button as if you were inviting members to your program/community:
Within the invitation menu that opens on the left, type their email address in the first field, add an optional welcom message and choose the role:
Even if your program is paid, you can create an individual free invitation to any person by putting 0 in the price field. See here:
2. Assign moderator role to a member within your Sutra space.
Within Manage settings, go to Members section. Locate the person and change their role from Member to Editor:
Troubleshooting
My program is paid and I don't want to charge the moderator — Create an individual free invitation by entering 0 in the price field.
The moderator can only moderate one part of my space — Moderator permissions follow where they're assigned. Assign the role at the top-level space for broader coverage, or within a subspace to limit it to that area.
I can't find the role option — Open the Manage settings, go to the Members section, locate the person, and change their role to Moderator.
