Broadcast analytics show how people received and engaged with a sent broadcast email. Use them to review delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and spam reports.
Before you start
You must have already sent an email broadcast. Drafts, scheduled broadcasts, and message broadcasts do not have analytics.
You must be a manager of the space where the broadcast was sent.
Open a sent broadcast
Open the space where the broadcast was sent.
Go to Settings.
Select Broadcast from the sidebar.
Click the sent broadcast you want to review.
The broadcast detail view opens with three tabs: Analytics, Recipients, and Email Content.
Read the performance overview
The Analytics tab shows the main delivery and engagement metrics as a row of cards:
Sent -- the total number of recipients for this broadcast.
Delivered -- recipients whose email provider confirmed delivery.
Opened -- recipients with at least one tracked open.
Clicked -- recipients with at least one tracked link click.
Bounced -- recipients whose email bounced.
Delivered, Opened, Clicked, and Bounced each show a percentage of total recipients. The Sent card shows only the count. Opened and Clicked are unique recipient counts -- if one person opens the email five times, they count once.
Click any of these cards to jump to the Recipients tab filtered by that status. The Sent card takes you to the full recipient list with no filter applied.
Use the delivery funnel
Below the performance cards, the Delivery Funnel shows the path from Sent to Delivered, Opened, and Clicked as horizontal bars:
A large drop from Sent to Delivered can point to deliverability problems or invalid addresses.
A large drop from Delivered to Opened can mean the subject line, sender, or timing needs review.
A large drop from Opened to Clicked can mean the call to action was not compelling or easy to find.
Review unsubscribes and spam reports
Below the funnel, two additional cards show:
The Unsubscribed card is clickable and takes you to the Recipients tab filtered by that status. The Spam Reports card displays the count and rate but is not clickable.
If these numbers are higher than expected, check whether the message went to the right audience and whether the subject line matched the content.
Review individual recipients
Open the Recipients tab to see the people behind the totals.
Use the status chips to filter by All, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, or Unsubscribed.
Use Search to find a person by name or email. Search filters the recipients that have already been loaded on the page. If you have a large recipient list, click Load more to load additional pages before searching.
Review each recipient's name, email, and current status.
Each recipient shows their most specific status. Clicked means they clicked a link. Opened means they opened without a tracked click. Delivered means the email arrived without a tracked open. Sent means no delivery or engagement event has been recorded yet. Bounced and Unsubscribed take priority when they apply.
Check what was sent
Open the Email Content tab to review the broadcast content that was sent. This is useful when deciding whether to resend, write a follow-up, or compare performance across broadcasts.
If a broadcast encountered errors
If a broadcast ran into problems during sending, an alert appears at the top of the detail view. The alert explains what went wrong, whether the system will retry automatically, and what you can do.
The alert includes the number of attempts and when the last error occurred. Click Show technical details to see the specific error, which you can copy and share with support if needed.
If no tracking data appears
If the Analytics tab shows "No tracking data available for this broadcast," confirm that you opened a sent email broadcast. Drafts, scheduled broadcasts, and message broadcasts do not generate tracking data. Only email broadcasts produce analytics after they are sent.
What happens next
Use analytics to decide on follow-up:
Send a reminder to people who did not open.
Follow up with people who clicked a link.
Review bounced addresses before the next broadcast.
Narrow the audience with recipient filters before sending again.
