If you are participating in a program or a community with a regular paid subscription and need to update your credit card details, you can do so inside the program/community space.
How to do this
Navigate to the program/community space in question and click on the button with the three vertical dots (see the screenshot). Inside the menu, click on Payments. An option to update your payment method will appear.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see a Payments option — The Payments option only appears for spaces with a regular paid subscription. Make sure you’re inside the correct program/community space before opening the three-dots menu.
My new card was declined — Double-check the card number, expiry date and billing details, then re-enter them. If it still fails, contact your bank or the program manager.
What's next
Once your new card is saved, future subscription payments for that space will use the updated details. If you’d rather stop the subscription altogether, you can leave the space to cancel the recurring payments.
