Invoices for your Sutra subscription
If you pay Sutra for a plan, your invoices live in your billing settings:
Click your profile icon in the top right and choose Settings.
Open Billing (Billing and usage).
In your billing history, click PDF next to an invoice to open and download it.
Receipts for a program you joined
If you paid a creator to join their program or community, your receipt is emailed to you at the time of payment. Check your inbox (and spam) for the receipt. If you can't find it, ask the program's host to resend it.
Need a VAT number or company details on an invoice?
There isn't yet a self-serve field to add a VAT or tax ID to your invoice. If you need a VAT number or business details added, contact support@sutra.co with the details and the invoice in question, and we'll help.
