Using coupon and discount codes

Create discount codes for your paid space, and learn how members apply them at checkout.

Coupons let you offer a percentage or fixed-amount discount on a paid space. You create them in your space's payment settings, then share the code with the people you want to give a discount.

Create a coupon

Go to your space's Settings, then open the Payment section.

Find the Coupons section and create a new coupon.
Set a code, choose a percentage or a fixed amount (with the currency for fixed amounts), and optionally set an expiry date.
Save, then copy the code to share with your members.

How members apply a coupon

On the checkout page, members enter the code in the coupon field and click Apply coupon. The discounted total updates before they pay.

Coupon not working?

Check the code is entered exactly — codes can be case-sensitive.
Confirm the coupon hasn't expired.
Make sure it matches the currency the member is being charged in.
If you're inviting someone for free, you don't need a coupon — send a free invitation instead.
