Some work doesn't fit in a content player. Minds at Work — the team founded on Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey's Immunity to Change, the adult-development research that came out of Harvard — runs programs that ask people to look honestly at why the changes they most want keep slipping away. That's not a video to watch. It's a journey to move through, with other people, over time.
So when they outgrew edX, they weren't looking for another place to host lessons. They were looking for a home where the whole experience — the content, the reflection, the people, and the quiet shifts happening inside each participant — could finally live together.
In the video above (excerpt from Sutra Showcase May 2024), Kaylee Slafkosky, Director of Operations at Minds at Work, shares how they set up their Sutra space.
