Make it easier for members to show up
Live sessions create small points of friction: people have to copy the date, find the correct time zone, and remember where to join. Sutra’s calendar tools make the next step visible at the moment it matters.
Use them for workshops, coaching calls, office hours, cohort sessions, or any event where attendance depends on clear timing.
Offer a direct calendar action
An Add to Calendar button can be placed in a space so members can save the event details to a calendar. Put it close to the session description or joining instructions instead of making people search for it.
Before sharing the page, confirm that the event title, date, time, time zone, and joining link are clear. The calendar entry is only useful when those details are correct.
Automate invitations when timing is predictable
A Google Calendar invitation can also be sent as an automation action. For example, an automation can invite someone to the next orientation call after they join a space.
Use the button when members should choose whether to save an event. Use an automated invitation when the event is a standard part of joining. Test the workflow with your own address before enrolling a larger group.
