Use engagement data as a prompt for attention
The Engagement area helps managers see participation across the spaces they manage. It is most useful for finding patterns: where conversation is active, where participation has slowed, and who may need a thoughtful invitation back in.
A quiet area is not automatically a problem. Compare the activity with the purpose of the space before deciding what to change.
Look at a useful time period
Choose a date range that matches the rhythm of the experience. A seven-day view can help during an active cohort, while a longer range is more useful for an ongoing community.
Open a specific space when you need more detail. The participation view helps you move from an account-level overview to the activity connected to that space.
Turn the pattern into a small action
If one module receives little activity, clarify the prompt or link to it in a broadcast. If several members have gone quiet, send a personal check-in rather than another general reminder.
Engagement data can be exported when you need to compare it with other program information or keep a record outside Sutra.
