Ask only what you will use
Surveys and quizzes collect structured responses inside Sutra. A survey works well for intake, reflection, feedback, or evaluation. A quiz is better when responses need to be checked against correct answers.
Start with the decision the responses will support. A short feedback survey after a workshop is more useful than a long form whose answers no one reviews.
Keep each question clear
Create the survey or quiz from Manage, add the questions, and arrange them in a logical order. Use one idea per question and provide answer choices that do not overlap.
For an onboarding survey, you might ask about goals, experience level, and support needs. For a course quiz, focus on the few concepts participants need before moving forward.
Review the experience and the responses
Complete the survey once yourself before sharing it. Check the wording, required fields, and the path members use to submit it.
The central Surveys area lets managers find existing surveys and quizzes by title or space. Review results while the information can still shape the experience—for example, before assigning groups or planning the next session.
