Choose between a shareable link and an invitation
A registration link is useful when the intended audience can decide to join through the space’s configured access flow. An email invitation is better when access should be connected to specific people.
For a private cohort, invite participant addresses directly. For an open event, share the registration link where people are already learning about it.
Assign the appropriate role
From Manage → People, choose Invite and enter one or more email addresses. Most participants should be invited as Members. Use elevated roles only when someone genuinely needs to edit, moderate, or manage the space.
Customize the message with the name of the experience and any timing or preparation details the participant needs before joining.
Track what has not been accepted
Generate the invitations and review them in the invited or pending area. An invitation remains distinct from membership until the recipient accepts and joins.
Before sending reminders, confirm that the address is correct and that the person has not joined through another account. This avoids duplicate or confusing invitations.
