Margaret (Meg) Wheatley has worked out in the world since 1966, advising and consulting to nearly all varieties of organizations and leadership levels on all continents (except Antarctica).  She is president and co-founder of The Berkana Institute, a global non-profit that has supported leaders, especially in the Global South, as they experiment with how to create self-organizing and life-affirming initiatives, projects, and organizations.  She has written ten books, from the classic Leadership and the New Science (1992) to Who Do We Choose To Be: Facing Reality, Claiming Leadership, Restoring Sanity (2017, 2023).
